Great hotel in Porto old town in central area and near to all main attractions by foot. Hotel also accessible by car, considering this is located in old town with narrow streets. Modern rooms and facilities, has elevators. It has a 24x7 reception and check-in/check-out worked seamlessly. Reception staff was kind, polite, helpful (e.g., in booking a taxi to the airport, or for booking tours/excursions). Room was clean, big, spacious and nicely designed. Plenty of storage space. Amenities (Smart TV, chairs, AC and heater, small fridge, safe, desk, mirrors, closets, charging sockets and reading lights on both sides of the bed, good lighting, free Wi-Fi, towels, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, toiletries from Rituals, etc.). Separate blankets were provided for double bed, as requested. Bathroom was clean and had a shower. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of options and fresh fruit. Hotel bar was nice, good ambiance and fair prices for drinks and snacks. Plenty of great restaurants, bars and cafes in the vicinity. Really good price / value overall for this hotel.

We arrived super late for check in and super tired from our drive. The man who tended the bar (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name) and the woman Maria who worked the desk were AMAZING and I’m not exaggerating. We must have bothered them at least three times minimum (first we couldn’t get the lights to work, then parking meters, to the point that the man walked out and helped physically with the meter. To the heater not working 🤣 but it was us, not the heater) They were also so kind to my toddler who had a break down cuz on the way in she broke her toy wand lol it was a mess of a night for us but they made it soooo much easier on us. Such pleasant and kind people. The hotel its self was fantastic. Clean and enough room for 3 of us. Had all the essentials, kettle, mini fridge. Perfect location, walking distance to all the little restaurants and the city center. Would recommend 💯 and would really like to acknowledge the staff again. Amazing customer service and above and beyond efforts.

The rooms are a very reasonable size, the breakfast is very good and has had choices particularly if you went early. Sadly some products were not as good as the breakfast was available for 4hrs.Location is also good with plenty of other bars and resautants and a good atmosphere.Would also recommend the porto card for discounts at museums, cable car, douro boat trips etc and also shops and restaurants.if transport included metro trains and all buses included go wherever ,whenever you wanted only €27 perday for two adults, longer periods available up to 72hrs.

Despite my room being a single (my choice) there was a double bed which was very comfortable. A very powerful shower completed my most important “wants”. The room was clean all be it small. Again no problem. There was a fridge and safe also. Overall a very good room. I chose to breakfast out but what I saw looked a very good choice of food on offer. The bar area in the lobby was clean and staff attentive. A great location to walk the old town of Porto.

The breakfast selection was good. Particularly lovely bread and pastries. Excellent value. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The location also suited us. We stayed 4 nights and went on a tour of the Douro Valley and the meeting point was 10mins walk. We were close to the main shopping area and it was a good walk down to the river.
