Great hotel in Porto old town in central area and near to all main attractions by foot. Hotel also accessible by car, considering this is located in old town with narrow streets. Modern rooms and facilities, has elevators. It has a 24x7 reception and check-in/check-out worked seamlessly. Reception staff was kind, polite, helpful (e.g., in booking a taxi to the airport, or for booking tours/excursions). Room was clean, big, spacious and nicely designed. Plenty of storage space. Amenities (Smart TV, chairs, AC and heater, small fridge, safe, desk, mirrors, closets, charging sockets and reading lights on both sides of the bed, good lighting, free Wi-Fi, towels, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, toiletries from Rituals, etc.). Separate blankets were provided for double bed, as requested. Bathroom was clean and had a shower. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of options and fresh fruit. Hotel bar was nice, good ambiance and fair prices for drinks and snacks. Plenty of great restaurants, bars and cafes in the vicinity. Really good price / value overall for this hotel.

Ther location of Casual Inca was fine, around 15 minutes walk from Porto-Sao Bento station, admittedly confusing due to the upheaval being caused by building a new metro line or station, and uphill, but it was fine once we sussed it out, and going to the station, and down to the river, was downhill all the way. The area the hotel is in has a number of bars and restaurants close by, and the hotel is in fact closer to Porto-Trindade metro station, which can be reached from Porto-Campanha station. However, one wouldn't want to miss the lovely tiles at Porto-Sao Bento station. Our room was fine, reception were friendly and helpful, and gave me good instructions on how to get to the football ground of Boavista FC. We had breakfast on our first morning, but I would just describe it as ok. We ate out on our second morning, and the 3rd and final morning we had to leave for an early train, before breakfast started anyway. Room was fine.

The rooms are a very reasonable size, the breakfast is very good and has had choices particularly if you went early. Sadly some products were not as good as the breakfast was available for 4hrs.Location is also good with plenty of other bars and resautants and a good atmosphere.Would also recommend the porto card for discounts at museums, cable car, douro boat trips etc and also shops and restaurants.if transport included metro trains and all buses included go wherever ,whenever you wanted only €27 perday for two adults, longer periods available up to 72hrs.

Bed was great. The room was clean, toiletries provided, albeit in small bottles. It was mostly quiet but see below. Blackout curtains were effective and made for a decent night's sleep. Shower was good and clean. All staff were very good. Breakfast was nice, fresh fruit and breads, etc. plenty of choice. Food replenished regularly. Hotel was a good walk from the metro, I recommend getting an Uber from either the the bus garage or the metro. It's uphill, (like most things in Porto) to the hotel; carrying luggage is no fun on cobbled streets.

Despite my room being a single (my choice) there was a double bed which was very comfortable. A very powerful shower completed my most important “wants”. The room was clean all be it small. Again no problem. There was a fridge and safe also. Overall a very good room. I chose to breakfast out but what I saw looked a very good choice of food on offer. The bar area in the lobby was clean and staff attentive. A great location to walk the old town of Porto.
